What is Peace One Day?
Peace One Day, the organization founded by Jeremy Gilley who campaigned to establish an annual day of peace, is calling for a day of ceasefire and non-violence on Peace Day 21 September 2012 – a Global Truce. Peace One Day is aiming to make this the largest reduction in global violence in recorded history. So this year on the 21st of September CISV Norway will support the year-long countdown to the Global Truce by running events across the country. Below is a short video introducing Peace One Day
