The govermental departements in Oslo have been bombed and there has been shooting at a camp for young politicians.
No one that are attending any of the CISV-programs in Norway are directly effected by these episodes.
All CISVers attending CISV-programs in Norway are safe, as well as those that are travelling with flights through Oslo. The airport of Oslo is situated about 40 km outside of Oslo.
